I had a wonderful stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location couldn't have been better - right on the main street just back from the river, with easy access to shops and restaurants. The service provided by the staff was exceptional, from the grocery shopping service to the welcome drink upon arrival. The room amenities were top-notch, with everything I needed for a comfortable stay including ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and a mini-bar. The balcony provided a lovely sitting area with a view, perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or evening sunset. The free wi-fi in the rooms was also a great added bonus.

I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

We were upgraded to a room with waterviews. This was 100% correct - not just glimpses, but full panoramic views across the lake. With a westerly aspect, the romm was bathed in sunlight in the afternoon whcih was fantastic - made a very windt day very bearable. The onsite manager was great, and my two kids (18 and 16, and very particular about room size) were really impressed. Great spot, great facility.

What's not to like? So central, but still quiet. I'd like to recommend it, but I want to keep it a secret.

The cleanliness, the luxry & the staff....

I did not dislike anything about the hotel...

The beach view was beautiful and the location was very convenient for dining out and leisure. The apartment was clean and tidy with comfortable amenities.

The lift access was very poor and only one lift was working, which led to long waiting times. We found it difficult to manage our luggage and the trash bins on the ground floor with this problem.

Apartment was extemely modern and very well appointed. Staff at reception were friendly and helpful. We particularly liked the location as we could walk to the beach, shops and restaurants. All appointments were excellent and it had a very large balcony with a nice ocean view.

No hairdryer in the bathroom

The location was really good - within walking distance of beaches, shops and the lake - also the beds were extremely comfortable - it is great being able to stay in a place for a short while, get out of bed relaxed and refreshed after a good nights sleep in a very comfortable bed.

Parking the car was a tight squeeze

Great location, beach proximity, shops and restaurants, cleanliness, helpful staff, spacious apartment.

I had an amazing two-night stay in this hotel with fantastic amenities. The room was spotlessly clean and had all the necessary conveniences. The location was perfect as it was near the beach, close to shops and restaurants, and there was transportation available nearby. I also appreciated the friendly staff who were helpful with my queries.

Absolutely nothing to say about dislikes.

No fans or preferably air conditioning in bedrooms

Great location near the beach, shops, and restaurants. The apartment was well equipped and had a washing machine, air conditioning, and underground parking. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The apartment was well maintained and always clean.

The apartments facing the road were a bit noisy at night due to traffic. There was a bit of wait for the lifts sometimes, especially during checkout time.

No wall cabinet in ansuite for toiletries, light to dim. Unit could do with a spring clean
